Nobody works harder than Kevin Ryan and H.Foley.

Well, actually, I think the two hosts of the comedy podcast ‘Are You Garbage?’ would solidly disagree.

Together, Ryan and Foley put out “bajillion hours of content” through their podcast, YouTube, live shows, and burgeoning Patreon, (shoutout to the Army of Garbage.)

While there are few comedians working as hard as the AYG boys, their podcast episodes feel so effortless, hilarious, and outstandingly authentic. Success feels natural, yet unexpected and new. Their glow-up 100% makes sense, but you know these guys are still all about the $1.50 hot dog/soda deal at Costco.

The premise for the show is perfect. Your favorite comedians sit down in between arguably two of the fastest guns in the west comedically, and together they piece together that person’s life story. We dissect their childhood upbringing, their values and beliefs, their tipping policies.
The determination? Are they Garbage, or classy?

HOW FUCKING PERFECT IS THAT?! DON’T YOU WANT TO KNOW IF ROY WOODS JR. IS CLASSY OR TRASHY?

We, as humans, are intricately complex combinations of our lived experiences and internal DNA makeups. But do you ring up the expensive Gala apples as $.99/lb mealy Red Deliciouses? Have you ever dined and dashed? Has your car ever not had hubcaps? No judgements here. Except maybe an INSANE amount of judgement here.

The consensus is resounding amongst every guest, “this is the best fucking podcast in the world. I have never had more fun, nor have I wanted to be absolute trash so badly before.”

Every week, you can expect to find a hilarious comedian, Tom Segura one week, Ali Saddiq the next, Bert Kershner and his wife LeAnne stopping by Tuddy’s new digs. BUT, Kevin Ryan and H.Foley will also sit down and put on extremely entertaining podcasts just the two of them, plus their long-haired producer Toby McMullen.

These episodes are somehow even better than their interview style podcasts because you actually get to experience a day-in-the-life of these bozos, and realize how similar they are to you. In one of the latest episodes, the two comics contemplate: is it trash to have an indoor hot tub? Or is that actually super classy?

The most recent episodes have chronicled the insane true story of Ryan’s Kia being boosted by the Kia Boys, getting found under a literal bridge, and then his painful process of buying a new car. It is riveting content.

The real icing on the cake here, the real Marinara, the real sauce, is the Are You Garbage Patreon. Here, you get even more content, bonus episodes, and an entirely separate podcast entitled ‘Hard Feelings.’ That’s the good shit.

Without giving away too much, because I genuinely want you to listen to these guys talk and realize how awesome it is to be in the room with them, whether on your commute to work or your headphones in the office.

In a world of Rogans and Petersons, Daddies and Barstools, (all of whom are incredible) it is nice to have something new and different to cut through the current events, y’know? ‘Are You Garbage’ is not just side-tearingly funny, but I continually turn to these guys to bring me joy when I’m not really loving it emotionally.

Look, I’m a bozo, I make mistakes, and when I do, it brings me comfort knowing that there is an Army of Bozos and Homies that 100% have my back.
